About me

My name is Aleksandra Kolesnikova and I am a qualified sports therapist currently working at multidisciplinary therapy centre, Oxford Street Therapy Centre in Wellingborough. I am a caring and compassionate person striving to help others.

Aleksandra Therapies was established on 18th August, 2018. My therapy career began back in September, 2015 when I first applied for a full-time course in Complementary Therapy at Northampton College. After successfully completing the course, I understood that treating people and improving their well-being is my passion.

In order to become a specialist in the health industry, I decided to move on and study Sports Therapy in depth. It was a long and exciting journey for me to gain a qualification in Sports Therapy. Along with a full-time course, I attended various industry-relevant courses, events and work-shops including an annual event The Therapy Expo in Birmingham, London Marathon, The International Waendel Walk, etc.

I am an active person full of positive energy, and I am always happy to share this energy with others. I believe that sharing kindness and positive emotions is a key aspect in making this world better.
